Introduction
NEDICHEM-Rolls is one of the major rolls suppliers in the world. Since
its establishment in 1970s,our plant has become
the second largest rolls maker worldwide, with an annual capacity well in excess
of 60,000 tons.
With sophisticatedly equipped and internationally certified associated plants,
we can provide high technological mill rolls
integrated by melting, casting forging, heat treatment and machining. A wide
range of products covering heavy duty single
poured, duplex cast steel rolls, centrifugal double poured series of cast iron
rolls, deep-hardening forged steel cold rolling
series of rolls and all kinds of sleeves enable it possible to supply whole set
of quality rolls for various modernized rolling
mills. In order to maintain
its position at the forefront of roll making, we have invested heavily over the
last 10 years. This
has created a company with very modern roll making facilities to complement the
new roll types available.

Quality Assurance
|
|
We are ISO9002 certified. Each step of an order, from processing and
roll manufacturing through to delivery, is covered by the Company's
comprehensive Quality Assurance System.

As a minimum, cast analysis, hardness, ultrasonic
and dimensional assessments are carried out, but a whole range of
supplementary special product and process checks are also used.

Technical Service
|
|
Our Technical Department has a very wide range of
experience and expertise in the manufacture and performance of cast rolls
for all applications.
|
|
This includes the facility for the detailed
analysis of any mill in order to specify the optimum material for the
application, involving stress analysis, roll Metallography, water cooling,
oxidation kinetics etc.

All roll material
specifications and production methods are controlled by our
Technical Department.

Market Situation
|
|
With annual capacity of over 60,000 tons, our
product share 70% domestic market of high quality mill rolls for
modernized rolling mills. And with worldwide sales network, we have been
exporting our product to over 26 countries such as UK, Germany, US, Japan
etc.
